In danish we have an expression, which directly translated is: sausage-talk or, in german, "wuerstchen-geschwaetz". Means nonsense/quatsch. We danes don't appreciate sausages very much (only as "hot dogs" and for the money they are bringing in, when we export them). Here a sausage is the meat (and bones!) from a pig, that can't be used for other purpose (very "delicate"...Mahlzeit!)
Before i try the Bier-trick on my wife i have to know, what "Torte" means (besides cake). Is it a lovers expression for his beloved?
